“Working with Julia was an experience like no other. She approaches her work with a clear vision and a sharp lens that dissects material in an exemplary way. She brings a deep sense of empathy and understanding of the human experience to storytelling. It was an honor to witness her magic in the rehearsal room and see her brilliant visions come to life on stage."

Executive Office Coordinator at the Fund for the City of New York

At the Fund for the City of New York (FCNY), Julia (she/her) serves as the Executive Office Coordinator, supporting President Dr. Lisette Nieves and Chief Operating Officer Jill Borrero. Much like her work as a theatre director, this role requires both vision and precision. She manages the administrative flow of the Executive Office while also curating and leading the Fund’s internal events, including the National Annual Conference. Across both her artistic and administrative work, Julia is committed to creating environments where people feel supported, inspired, and empowered, a throughline that connects her directing practice with her contributions at FCNY.
